What to Bring to Closing:

Government-Issued Photo ID

Funds to Complete Closing (If Applicable) - please call our office for wire instructions.

Funds from Closing (If Applicable) - if receiving a wire transfer, please bring wiring instructions from your financial institution.
After You Close:
After closing is complete, the title agent will send all signed documents to the buyer's lender and will record all required documents at the Register of Deeds office. The seller's payoff will be sent to their mortgage company and all funds gathered at the time of closing will be disbursed accordingly.
